The replica needling machine made from acrylic at the Groz-Beckert booth provides the first insights into a wide range of felting needle types. Get closer, discover the advantages of our products via Augmented Reality. The GEBECON® felting needle, for example, offers optimal bending and breaking properties thanks to its patented working part shape. EcoStar® felting needles, on the other hand, work with reduced penetration forces due to their reduced cross section and thus achieve a lower energy consumption in the needling process.

With the Groz-Beckert customer product, we will be presenting a complete innovation at the ITMA 2019. Let us create your customized customer label at our interactive trade fair exhibit. In production, the needles can be assigned more easily thanks to the individual designation, thus helping to improve process reliability. The simplified product designations also reduce the risk of mix-ups. This allows the needle designation to be optimally adapted to customer systems, such as storage, merchandise management and needle change systems.
Another major advantage of the Groz-Beckert customer product is the protection of your production know-how. The clear designations used in the past now remain unrecognizable for third parties thanks to your own designation.

Groz-Beckert application advice with the SVL
As an expansion of the Groz-Beckert range of services and our application advice, the staple fiber needle punch line (SVL) has been available for two years for order developments and in-house projects in the Technology and Development Center (TEZ) at the Groz-Beckert headquarters in Ebingen, Germany. In Barcelona, we will be presenting the exceptional concept as a 3D model in the scale 1:18.
HyTec® P jet strips
Precision in the μm range – the HyTec® P jet strip
Benefit from longer usage operating times (lifetimes) in your production: The new material of the HyTec® P jet strip possesses a much greater hardness compared with conventional jet strips. The HyTec® P also offers excellent scratch-resistance to damage, for example when replacing the jet strip, during cleaning, or from improper handling.
The product range includes jet strips at a total length of 80 mm to 6,200 mm and 40 to 20,000 nozzles in one to five rows. with nozzle diameters of 0.08 mm to 0.22 mm. The Groz-Beckert production process absolutely guarantees sharp-edged, homogenous nozzle edges and geometries.
